End User Licence Agreement

Qubit Labs Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Axen software and related membership services solely in accordance with your active paid subscription and the Terms.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the software except as expressly permitted; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; sublicence, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer access; share account credentials; or use the software to develop a competing product.

All rights, title, and interest in Axen remain with Qubit Labs Pty Ltd and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any software, trademarks, or other intellectual property to you.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Updates made available to members are included in an active subscription. Reasonable notice will be provided for material discontinuations where practicable.

Any residential proxies, servers, API capacity, or other infrastructure included with membership are provided for use with Axen only. They are not a transferable standalone proxy or hosting product and may not be resold, redistributed, or used outside the platform.

Each licence is for a single authorised user unless we agree otherwise in writing. Sharing credentials may result in immediate termination without refund, subject to any non-excludable legal rights.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubit Labs Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of or inability to use the software, including damages related to failed checkouts or retailer changes.

Nothing in this EULA excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if your subscription ends or if you violate this EULA or the Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and related membership resources.
